The blog, “For Bass Players Only”, as the title indicates, is a great forum for bass players to talk,share stories, and update each other with upcoming gigs, publications etc. Two Richard Davis Foundation Bass Conference clinicians, Mr. Jerry Jemmott and Mr. Larry Hutchinson were recently Featured on this site.
Each sharing individual experiences and information about what ‘they’re up to’ on the interviews, it’s easy to see that two bassists have a wide range of musical experiences, which although they’re representing an example of the true diversity of RD Clinicians, are united through the aspects of teaching and a desire to continue learning and putting the bass out front.
